He moved to Singapore, taking on leadership roles such as Head Coach at United World College and Technical Director at Euro Soccer Academy, as well as coaching in the youth football program at Singapore American School. He also served as Technical Director and Head Coach at the International Football Academy, which gave him the opportunity to implement his comprehensive philosophy in developing players from the early stages up to professional levels.
